We participated in a 2021 All Plant Outage for a Midwestern energy company to:
- Provide feedback during the outage on a real-time basis
- Capture lessons learned and provide feedback on the performance of the outage.
Included in this effort we:
- Assessed, gathered and collected on-site information
- Provided real time feedback which contributed to the success of the outage work
- Shared lessons learned to the different organizations involved.
The recommendations in the report and the implementation of the lessons learned will provide for more efficient future all plant outage work, decreased forced outages and increase the company’s overall operating capacity factor.
